Fergie/Christmas Yet-To-Come – Gender flexible, 20-40. Fergie is friends with Sam and Hugo. They are collecting donations to help the underprivileged for the Christmas holiday. Dark and sinister, Christmas Yet-to-Come appears with a dominatrix vibe. Should be comfortable with solo and group singing. There may also be a tango…

Belinda – Female presenting, 20’s. She is Ebner’s first love. Appears in both Christmas Past and Christmas Yet-to-Come sequences. May also play a few other character roles.

Young Tim – Male presenting but can be played by either male or female young adult actor. Disabled son of Bobby Cratchit.

About the Show:
About the Story:
Not the Same Old Christmas Carol is a modern-day adaptation of the classic Charles Dickens story with all the characters we've grown to know and love, but with a few twists. This version features a wise-cracking Marley, Christmas Past as a 1960's flower child, Christmas Present in full drag and a leather-clad Christmas Yet-to-Come. Bobby Cratchit is a widowed single mother trying to provide for her children on a minimal salary supplemented by a side hustle. What remains the same is the heartwarming story of redemption and learning that it's never too late to make a change for the better. While not a full musical, there are a few songs involving the principal characters.

Rehearsals:
Rehearsals will begin in mid-October and will run on Monday and Tuesday evenings and on Saturdays afternoons. Not everyone is called for every rehearsal until we get into runs.

Performances:
Performances will be December 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 and 16 at 8 pm and December 3, 10 and 17 at 2 pm. The show will be wrapped in plenty of time for you to enjoy your holiday plans.
